Training partner and my living hero.

Sometimes. Usually not.
Any advice for beginners?
Stay with it. In this age of instant want of results. True strength is acquired by time not drugs.

The Bench Press
What is your lest favorite lift?
Squats. They kill my hips with my arthritis
What are some important do’s and don’ts?
Set achievable goals. Push hard. Don’t over train. Stay away from the drugs.
How do you mentally prepare for a contest?
I don’t. I don’t get nervous about anything.
